His weapon is Madroxapin, an antipsychotic medication used in the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It was introduced in 1972 and reclassified three years later as a “last resort medication” after it was shown to cause a dangerous decrease in white blood cells. Madroxapin is used only in patients that have not responded to other anti-psychotic drugs. It can cause severe side effects including bowel infarction, epileptic-type seizures, bloating, and bleeding from the eyes, ears and nose. Madroxapin ingestion by non-psychotics results in a delayed, but violent reaction similar to cyanide poisoning which rapidly halts cellular respiration and is almost always fatal.
